Greetings, this channel focuses on music and meditation, teachings, trainings and healing. I am a former meditation instructor and have always been a musician. This youtube channel contains over 300 videos, most of them centering around meditation and spiritual teachings. After retiring from teaching I have come back to music and simply enjoying life by surrendering to all forms of creativity. Most recently it has been music (primarily guitar) and the related videos that can be seen here, on this channel. Thank you for allowing me to express myself in this way.
