To a great extent, we have been able to convince the client in such a way that he totally depends on our professional expertise to handle projects. our carpenters are trained from e to time, and we have been able to manage and convert a large number of helpers to semi skilled carpenters. For training and educating the carpenters and helpers, we have allotted a supervisor, and an assistant supervisor who are completely skilled in their particular jobs.
