Did you know in the world 🌎 so Many people contemplate ending their lives , & suffer profusely with burdens, and traumas they’ve never healed? In the black community so much scrutiny is placed on “The Crazy” or “Not Right”. I’ve been to therapy, and see A Physician, and I’m not ashamed. It has not always been that way,but I feel like everyone has skeletons in their closets. Check on yourself & your People. One selfless act each day from each person will start a rift of vibrations that can really shake 🫨 some . I don’t know 🤷🏾♀️ Everything,but I know a lot. If you need some advice on something reach out. If I can’t help; I have a plethora of past colleagues, and a serious contact list & I will lead you in the correct direction🫶🏾🪬🧘🏽♂️
