Looking at the stereogram is useful as an eye-focusing training.
A stereogram is a figure, picture, or photograph drawn on a plane drawn to give a 3D impression. By intentionally shifting the focus of the eyes back and forth to see the left and right pictures with different eyes, it is possible to see them in 3D.
There are two ways to view stereograms, the parallel view and the cross view. The parallel view is the method of viewing the right image with the right eye and the left image with the left eye, and the cross view is the method of viewing the right image with the left eye. This is a method of viewing the image on the left with the right eye.
