* You’re constantly trying to explain to your friends and family what ASMR is.
* You have your own favorite triggers.
* Drifting off to ASMR videos or sounds makes you have a great night sleep.
* You have favorite videos or sounds you like to watch or listen to over and over again.
* You spend a lot of your time trying to explain to people that ASMR is REALLY relaxing.
* You can tell when someone is vacuuming, scrubbing a scourer on objects, scrubbing grout with a stiff brush.
