Drill Interval Training.
Challenge U. Softball® currently trains over 10K softball athletes year round in indoor/outdoor C.U.D.I.T.® camps throughout the Tri-State, in house clinics, She Speeds® speed and agility programs, team clinics, town and district training camps, and private lessons.
