Jason Millar is the author of the book, "Born to Be Fit: Forty and Beyond". He is a Can-Fit Pro certified personal trainer and a nutrition and wellness specialist as well as a certified Chef. He has been a lifestyle coach now for over 27 years and is CPR certified.
Jason currently specializes in helping over 40s stay fit through stress, anxiety and depression. As we age it is tougher to stay focused and stress free through anxious times like breakups, divorce, losing your jobs or other stresses that interfere with our daily lives. As an aging trainer that has suffered stress himself Jason thinks it is very important to work on becoming the best fittest version of ourselves so that we can move on with our lives feeling confident, focused and happy again. Through various methods of exercise and sound nutrition we can be 100% whole again mentally and physically.
