Bento Box Cooking in English!
I am a father of two daughters, and I prepare a Bento Box (Lunch Box) for my oldest daughter who goes to the elementary school and for my wife who just wants me to make one.
I am working full time. So, I wake up early to make bento before going to work. My wife hates waking up in the morning, so we decided that I should make a bento.
I also cook breakfast and dinner for my family as well, so I would like to share with you Japanese dishes that I make as well!
I am not a trained chef, and I have never worked in food industry before. So, I am not here to teach you how to make Japanese food or bento box. I am just here to share the Bento culture with you!
