Voice of the Sea is a half-hour TV series produced by the University of Hawaiʻi Sea Grant Center for Marine Science Education. Voice of the Sea shares information about coastal and ocean science and highlights careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM)—covering topics ranging from reef fish migration, to nutrient cycles, to unusual deep-sea creatures. Each episode features scientists, cultural leaders, public servants, or other experts, sharing their research, knowledge, and experience.
Voice of the Sea airs in Hawaiʻi Saturdays at 4pm Sundays at 6pm HST on KFVE (channels 6 & 1006), as well as in American Samoa, Guam, Palau, The Federated States of Micronesia, and the Marshall Islands.
