The newly founded international Rotary youth project Intarconnect brings together Rotary, Rotaract, Interact and ROTEX with mentoring programs, workshops, as well as social and generation projects. Young people with strong social engagement receive promotion of their skills and opportunities to exchange ideas.
The mentoring program provides versatile development opportunities to Rotaracters as mentors and Interactors as mentees. In addition, workshops and trainings for the mentoring participants offer the opportunity to develop their personal skills for current leadership and challenges for professional life. Intergeneration projects such as meetings throughout the Rotarian Youth and joint social projects like building a house through “Bauern helfen Bauern” in Srebrenica in Bosnia and Herzegovina, enable the exchange between different clubs and strengthen the community and its service to society.
