Quick breakfast before training. About 1/2 a lb. of leftover ground beef from dinner, banana, handful of gooseberries, iced Americano. Missing a few veggies in the beef, but I ran out of leftovers this morning.
Fast, filling, nutritious. Eating for performance and health outcomes isn't hard; eating right is a skill that requires mastering.
