My name is Saddam Hasan and I was able to create a One Million Dollar Agency before the age of 30.
It was a difficult journey as I did not have any proper guidance or a mentor. Looking back now, I believe creating a $1M+ Agency is a reasonable and achievable goal for any agency. With the right mindset, proper systems and appropriate direction, anyone should be able to grow a business beyond that mark.
However, many Pakistanis need to unlearn what they know about traditional businesses. It all starts with the mindset - approaching sales, marketing and operations. Too many mistakes being made in daily practices that are stunting the growth.
