The club was chartered on August 27, 1951 and has been extremely active in the Boise Community since then.
We are active in the community with projects such as:
Building Handicap Ramps, meals for the Summer Blind Camp, supporting Envision the premier Lions Foundation with several programs that benefit our Idaho population, sort eye glasses, pay for eye glasses, perform vision and hearing screenings in local schools, volunteer at the Idaho Veterans Home and Idaho Food Bank and that is just the start of our various projects.

Lions are an international network of 1.4 million men and women in 205 countries and geographic areas who work together to answer the needs that challenge communities around the world.
