CTM is the Local Access station in Chelmsford Massachusetts, now a department of the Town of Chelmsford. We give access to the community of Chelmsford, both residents and employees, to create their own original programming on our CTM-TV channel, we cover government meetings and events on our CTM-GOV channel, and we work with the Chelmsford Public Schools to cover meetings, arts events, concerts, and sporting events both with CTM volunteers as well as the student-run CHSTv crew with CTM staff as club advisers. As of May 2018, CTM-ED content will be uploaded to a second YouTube channel: youtube.com/channel/UCuC7e0RR1cx9tnNQxELTQJg
